As of about 6pm today - It's on!

We received verbal confirmation today that we have permission to use the site, so we can now confirm that the event is to go ahead.

There remain a few details to confirm regarding the land, but these are details only.

For those who volunteered to help at the last planning meeting I will e-mail you directly in the next day or so with what needs to be done. We had booked a provisional planning meeting for next week - notice will be posted here once it is confirmed.

Hopefully plans will now start falling into place, so there should be developments posted on the forum regularly over the next few weeks. If you haven't yet offered help for the event, don't be shy - let any committee member know what you could do for us.
