There will be a planning meeting for the Easter Event at the Hare Roxwell this Sunday 6th February 4.00 - 7.00 pm

I know that this is short notice but we have been waiting for confirmation that the event will go ahead before finalising the meeting.

With just seven weeks to go before the event itself it is important to get the ball rolling quite quickly now so please try to come or let Karl know if you can volunteer any help at all.

We plan to arrange a buffet as before but I do need to let the Hare have numbers. So if you wish to partake of the food please let Ralph know by the end of Wednesday. (that's 2nd February 2005)
