There will be an Easter Planning meeting at The Hare, Roxwell on Sunday 1st October from 4.00 till 7.00.
The meeting is to discuss and plan the ELRC interclub to be held over the Easter weekend next year.
Everyone is welcome. In fact I encourage you to attend and help make this event even more successful.
You don't have to partake, but if you want to, food will be available as follows :-
Sausage, Mash and Onion Gravy £7.50
or
Ham, Egg and Chips £7.50
a children's meal of Chicken Nuggets and Chips is also available (price to follow)
I need to know numbers for food by 25th September.
