We as a club have been invited to attend the Essex Young Farmers Show on 15th May 2005.

Blimey, that seems ages away! BUT it's not that far away when it has to be organised as to what vehicles are booked in and who wants to help and attend.

I have a few vehicles in mind but basically am looking for 1 or 2 of each marque from series 1 upto the new disco or rangie as well as maybe trialler and CCV vehicle. If you are interested in showing your vehicle let me know so I can begin to get a list together and get a good display for the show.

There would be some work involved as we would like some information put together about your vehicle and you may be asked to help out by talking to prospective new members and possibly land owners interested in what we do.

It can be a long but enjoyable day having a chat and being sociable to those showing an interest in Land Rovers and off roading.

Can't remember whether I said we could come or not...but we can!

We can bring a Defender 90 (Bosun's Mate), Disco 300TDi (Filbert), Series 2 88" Truck Cab (Truckle) and possibly a Series 3 SWB (Bosun). We can only drive a maximum of two though :-)
