I have heard reports that the current edition of Exploits has not yet been received by some. (Ralph and John)
If you or anyone you know is in this position, please tell me, so that I can investigate just why.
There is a note in hon mem sec's column to the effect this will be the last copy if you've not paid up, so you all should get this one.
The vaguarities of the Christmas 2nd class post have been ably demonstrated by Derek's Dec/Jan copy complete with membership renewal form which has only just arrived after his Feb/Mar copy. So the likely answer is 'its in the post'

Mega Margaret and I are yet to receive our membership renewal ,and wonder ,when we enter for the comp safari at the nationals in blunderbus,will our last years membership card be acceptable? B.F.G

Computers in general just dont make me laugh. But you never fail to make me smile. The thought of you and Margaret in crash helmets dashing around a comp course beating Jim and Barry and the rest of the guys, (in Blunderbus). Maybe us Tressies are a bit sad but it made us laugh.

Jan ,glad my pathetic attempt at humour brought a smile.but there was in fact a more serious point hidden somewhere (any way whats wrong with two crumblies in crash helmets!) the point was we insist that to enter our competions drivers must show current membership proof.surely the same applies to other clubs (and the nationals) it's a long way to go to be turned away for lack of membership proof B.F.G

The April May Issue went into the mail around 6pm Wednesday, so it should be thudding through your letter boxes about now.

Those who didn't seem to get their previous issue, please check carefully this time around, you got 1st class stamps. If they go adrift again we'll have to look deeper.

I have rechecked the presence of labels of all who informed our illustrious chairman of their loss and I'm satisfied they all went in.

If you don't receive your copy could you please, first check you've sent off your membership renewal especially if you've changed your address as the 2008 year membership list is now active and inclusion on that is triggered by your successful renewal.
