Does anyone know who exactly has permission to use this site as i walk my dogs nearby most evenings.
There are always vans/cars etc parked by the side of the road (Not in the car park) and they take their moto cross bikes through the footpath enterance.

If they are parked on the road and pushing bikes through they don't have permisiion. The owner can not securely fence the site as a footpath runs from the road and they use that to get onto site.

We, and others, do have permission but we always have the gate key and park in the car park area.

If thats the case then it's being used illegally most evenings during the week and at weekends.
