Hi Just picked up a L Reg Disco.

Before breaking which appears on first inspection to be a relatively honest vehicle with only 68k miles, and no rot in the rear wheel arches or at any of the chassis mounting points, I thought I would offer it out to the forum.

It is taxed till the end of the month.

MOT has expired and will need as a min some welding to exhaust or new exhaust, and I would suggest a new clutch will be required shortly.

Bonus it comes with a half tank of petrol which must be worth £50.

Interior is unmarked but could do with a hoover.

There is a small amount of rot around rear door but not had it longer enough to have carpet up in boot to see condition of floor.

If no one makes me a serious offer I will be looking to break so parts will become availble.

Best to come and have a look if you want a cheap RTV or Green Land motor ?

No interest so looks like if you want parts from a L Reg disco I have various parts for sale, I am also finally looking at getting broken a classic RR so anything needed shout now.

I'm after N/S rear light cluster from 200tdi The ones with the indicators in them.

There is a classic twin spot light grill but no lights if that is of interest. ?

Thanks. I only need the grille to replace the existing one that was cut to accommodate a winch which I will be removing. When you say twin lights I assume you mean one in each corner - anyway the black grille that covers the rad, aircon, and gearbox cooler area is the bit that I need.

The grill is the after market type that has a set of lights set in the plastic grill itself, will have a picture later if you are interested

The aftermarket grill is the same as the genuine grill apart from a pair of spotlights that are recessed into the plastic grille.
If the spotlights are missing you will have two large round holes in the grill.
Aftermarket spotlights will fit but dont come with the brackets to fit the lights to the grill.

Please note that the grill for sale is not the grill in the picture above, as its mine
