Hi Sue,
please put me down for RTV
ta Paul
PS as a newbie i guess i am ok in my unmodified disco doing rtv
If you have never driven a trial before it might be better to drive a TYRO first on the Saturday. You can always do both if you feel comfortable after driving the TYRO.
There is always someone to talk to and give advice if you need it, either on site or beforehand.
Whatever you decide to do have fun and enjoy
Please book me in for the RTV.
Regards Martin
Hi Folks,
Jan and Pete would be happy to set out tyro on saturday,
Pete would like to double drive in RTV on sunday.

thanks, i have experience at off roading but was not sure of the RTV compatibility with my disco, think i will go to the rtv any way,
had a great day at bures pit today, managed to modify my side steps... oops think they will have to go.
Hi Paul,
A decent tow point front and rear are all that an unmodified Disco should need - a rear tow bar and a front JATE ring / chassis shackle or similar should be fine. The standard front towing eye is not really suitable for off road recovery. I guess If you've been playing at Bures you've probably sorted that out by now anyway though.

I assume you've taken the front valance off too? If not, it might be a good move if you're doing the RTV.
See you Sunday.
Regards,
James.
Put me down for CCV @ Sudbury please. Keith.

Hi Sue
Would you please book Dan and I in for the Tryo.
I will have a look to see what it is like, as We have a newer car, we might offer to marshal instead.
If needed I will marshal on Sunday.
Can't remember how to get to Sudbury, can you e-mail a map please.
All the best
Terry
