We had a good initial planning meeting at the Hare at the beginning of October, and this posting is hopefully the first of many that you will see.

For those who were at the meeting I will send round a full list of actions and issues that were discussed, but this is just the shortened version setting out who's responsible for what...

Those listed below are the individuals responsible for particular elements, but they will need lots of help in making the event work to reach it's full potential. If you want to help generally then let me know, but if you want to volunteer for a particular event either post your name to this forum, or let the resposnible one know directly.
