The forthcoming show is expected to be better than ever with organised arena obstacles for the club to show members of the public our vehicles and some of what we can do with them.

I shall soon be contacting all the previous attendees for the stand and the arena to see if you want to help again. We can always do with more help in the arena on the day and setting up on the Saturday prior.

If you want to get in touch with me before I chase you to let me know you can help and/or attend and with what vehicle it would be a great help.
I must have you listed and booked in. If you just turn up or are late I may not be able to get you on the stand or particularly in the arena as space will be limited

We have more shows booked for later in the year and you are welcome to attend and help at those too

I have you guys booked in as well as some others. More info on times and passes etc nearer the date.

What I do need is a commentator for the arena event, someone to tell the public who we are and what we do. Do I have a volunteer?
Info will be provided by the vehicle owners as well as some club bits and pieces.
If you don't want to do it maybe you know someone who can and is willing to help out. Someone who is not mic shy is ideal.

I would do it but I have enough jobs at the event really
