It would be nice to have some feedback from members that were at the show actually taking part, and from members trying to get into the show!!

From my point of view as stand organiser it went very well and a big big thank you to those helping, contributing and attending.

My views on the show as I saw it

The arena events went very well but could be improved for next year but there appeared to be more public watching both the early display and especially the later display. Ideas would be appreciated.

New members were joining on the day which was very encouraging and a number of membership forms were taken away.

The flyers were superb and very helpfull as was the 'demonstration module'

hi kevin, just one quick point is that if the owners of the landrovers on the display had a board next to them that explained about the vehicle, this may get more people interested.

But apart from that i think it went well

Some people did have info about their vehicle displayed, including me on the Brooklands and Paul Warner on the Oil Tanker - but I take your point that ideally everyone should have some sort of explanation of why their vehicle is special, if only to them!!

Perhaps next year we could have a vehicle questionnaire filled in before the show, so those without the facility to produce a small poster could have it done for them?

Lindy and I enjoyed the show very much, but I agree that the longer ring display needed a bit more going on.

yeah Mega Margaret and I were very happy to be part of the day,the suggestions on the vehicle information comes under the heading "why didn't we do that,we'll do it next year" and as for the display perhaps a little more info on what was required perhaps a get together at one of the Hare meetings would have been beneficial DEFINITELY NOT a crititisim but perhaps a suggestion for the next event wherever or whatever it may be B.F.G

I thought it went well, better than last year, and came away all enthusiastic for doing something more elaborate next year.

How about next year we take a day on a field somewhere a couple of weeks before to lay out a demo, and practice it so that we are able to set something impressive up very quickly and blow them away!!!

Good comments above about the info boards too....

I thought it went very well, my back is still telling me we should have put a peg at the end of the telegraph poles to stop them moving. I agree we should start the planning now ready for bigger and better next year.
